The Expected Rent window shows rent due for invoices that have already been been created.
The right side panel displays information on the number of invoices paid, outstanding invoices, and the total expected amount.
To ensure invoices appear on the expected rent window when needed, you can create them a few days in advance. This can be done globally for all tenancies or individually for specific tenancies. For more details, please refer to this article: How to change automatic rent charge dates
