Once your system is ready (and your data is imported if you chose to import your current data), we will contact you to complete the installation on your computers. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth installation process.
Steps for Installation
Prepare AnyDesk
- Ensure that AnyDesk is installed on all computers where you require SleekTech installation. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from this link, which only takes about 2 minutes.
Provide Access
- We will need someone in your office to give us access to all computers via AnyDesk. Typically, we will require about 10 minutes on each computer.
Label Your Computers
- Provide a recognizable name for each computer, such as "John's Computer," "Conference Room," etc. This is for licensing and future reference and is not related to specific users. We will ask you the computer name during installation.
Admin User Setup
- Initially, there will one admin user set up. The admin can create as many additional users as needed, each with a unique email address. More instructions on creating users can be found here: Create a new user
User Access
- Any user can log in from any computer. Computers are not linked to specific users.
Web Portal Access
- Access to the web portal for mobile devices does not require installation and is available on any device. More details can be found here: How to log on to the web portal
