If you would like to send a supplier a list of all the jobs for a property, what work was done, when it was done, any invoices for this job and any important details about it, you would use the job report.
You can find the job report on the page of any maintenance task, or on the View maintenance which shows all tasks together.
How to find and send the job report
- Go to a maintenance task, and find Letter to supplier on the page ribbon.
- Click on Job report
- Select Open or Outlook depending on your preference.
- A report will open.
- If you only have a maintenance job without any expenses, it will only say the job with basic details. If expenses have been added to the maintenance job, it will have a list of all expenses.
- This job report can also be used for landlords that request one invoice of all jobs done for a refurb job for example.
