Billing Procedure
Setting Up Direct Debit:
- Upon signing up for our services, you will receive a link via email to fill in your direct debit details. This process is facilitated through Stripe, a trusted and secure payment gateway that ensures your financial information is protected.
Initial Charge:
- When you sign up, a charge of £1.20 will be applied to your account. This initial charge helps us verify your payment method and ensure that your direct debit details are correctly set up.
Data Migration and Installation:
- After your direct debit details are confirmed, we will proceed with data migration, installation, and other setup processes to ensure your system is ready to use.
Partial Charge for Remaining Days:
- Once the installation is complete, we will apply a partial charge for the remaining days of the month based on the agreed price. This ensures you only pay for the days you use our service.
Regular Monthly Charges:
- Starting from the first day of the next month, the full agreed charge will be incurred every month on the same date.
VAT Invoices:
- Every time we charge your account, you will receive a VAT invoice via the email address used during sign-up. This keeps you informed and provides a record of all transactions.

We only start charging from the day your installation is completed. While you may need some time for training, rest assured that we’ll be here to support you throughout onboarding and beyond.
Our team begins working on your setup weeks in advance, carefully preparing your data and configuring the system to ensure everything runs smoothly from day one.
Charging from installation reflects the significant work that takes place before you go live.
Cancellation policy
Our billing operates on a month-to-month basis. You are free to cancel at any time during the month, and your contract will be terminated at the end of that month.
