Every time you click on the Outlook option to send statements and letters, SleekTech will automatically connect to Outlook.


Default email account used by SleekTech


For SleekTech to connect to your email to send letters, statements etc, it will always connect straight to the default Outlook account set up on your computer.


There is no option to send statements to owners from one email, and letters to tenants from another email.


However, you can change the default email on the settings of Outlook, which will enable SleekTech to connect to that email.

Outlook version used by SleekTech


The latest version of Outlook is currently unable to connect to SleekTech. Therefore, please ensure you are using the older version of Outlook. Refer below for the correct icon you should be seeing.
