Click to call for Direct Tenant Calls:


For users employing a desktop VoIP system, you can now directly call tenants from their Lease page. Enhance communication and streamline your workflow by connecting with tenants effortlessly.





Tenant Communication Customization:


On the lease page, when sending a blank SMS, WhatsApp, or initiating a call, you can now choose the specific tenant it goes to, especially useful in tenancies with multiple occupants.




Revamped Notes Panel:


Experience the fully revamped Notes Panel, where logging incoming and outgoing emails, calls, texts, and WhatsApp messages is now more straightforward. Easily track and manage your communication history with tenants.


You can now also easily search within all logs from the search bar at the top right.





Email Integration with Outlook:


Effortlessly drag emails directly from Outlook into SleekTech, and our system will intelligently detect whether it's an incoming or outgoing email to the tenant and bring in the email content in the log, as well as attach an actual copy of the email to the log.


Simplify your communication logs seamlessly.





Detailed Note Viewing and Filtering:


Delve deeper into your notes with the expand button, allowing you to view all notes in greater detail and filter them according to your preferences.





Enhanced Banking Window:


The banking window has undergone a complete makeover. Allocating transactions is now more efficient with a new flyout feature, making it easy to search ledgers and existing invoices.


Among the new features are the following:

  • Easily search for existing invoices from the search bar.
  • When creating a new expense you can easily search for the correct ledger from the dropdown.
  • A button asking you to create an expense for the default ledger of that supplier will show up, so you can create it with on click.
  • You can drag in a new invoice directly into this window, to create a new expense instantly.
