How to end a tenancy if you don't plan on collecting the outstanding arrears:
- Click More to open dropdown.
- Click on Credit Note.
- Fill in Amount in arrears.
- Apply to outstanding invoices.
- Click Save.
The balance will now be zero.
If you decide to collect this rent in the future, find the archived lease and delete credit note.
