This how to change the automatically created file name for the attached document of a letter.
- Select the letter from the dropdown and choose Edit Template.
- Or, go to Control Panel > Letter Management > Click on the arrow next to the desired letter group > Find the letter and click on the Edit button (Pencil icon).
- Under the Attachment Name section click on the arrow to expand the section.
- You can type text and add fields from the Insert Field dropdown.
- Adding fields will create dynamic file names based on the letter you create and the fields you choose.
- When finished editing click Save.
