This is how to set up default certificates for new properties you add to SleekTech:

  • From the main ribbon go to Control Panel.
  • Click Certificate Type List.
  • You will see a list of all available certificates.
  • Under the Unit column check all certificates that you want to automatically get added when you add a new unit. (A property that doesn't contain other flats).
  • Under the Building column, check all certificates you want to automatically get added when you add a new building. (A property that contains other flats).
  • You can also fill in Month valid. If you fill this in, SleekTech will automatically set expiry dates for certificates when you enter the issue date based on these values.
  • E.g. an EPC is valid for 10 years. Insert 120 in the Month Valid field. When you add a new EPC and fill in the issue date as 11/02/2022, the expiry date will automatically be prefilled with 10/02/2032.
  • You can always change the expiry date manually.

Important!

Setting the default certificate settings from the Control Panel will only affect new properties. To change certificates for existing properties, please see this article: How to add or remove certificates from an existing property
