New window to manage all your accounts.

You can now easily add new bank accounts, and ledger accounts.

Go to Control Panel > Chart Of Accounts.


There are 4 tabs for all types of accounts.

  • Bank Accounts - your bank or cash accounts that you will b syncing to the software in order to allocate all your transactions.
  • Property Expenses - Ledgers for expenses you have on behalf of landlords and properties, like Repairs & Maintenance or Safety Certificates. You will select one of these accounts when creating property expenses. The default account for Property expenses will be Repairs & Maintenance. When creating an expense you can also add a new account ledger by clicking on the little edit button next to the account dropdown.



  • Property Income - Accounts used to create tenant invoices. The account used by the system to create rental invoices will always be Rent. You can create more income accounts like late fees etc.
  • Manager Expenses - Accounts used to record manager expenses like Phone bills or Office rent. You will select one of those when creating a manager expense.


You can Edit the name of an account, inactivate an account or completely delete it by using the Edit button to the right of each account.


You will only be able to delete an account that hasn't been used in the system for any transaction. In this case you can just inactivate it. This wont affect existing transactions but will remove it from the list when creating new transactions.


Inactive accounts can also be reactivated by clicking on the edit button.



Easily create new expenses in the banking window.


In the banking window, we've now made allocating bank transactions much smoother with a new dropdown next to each transaction clearly listing all your options.


You can also easily create new property or manager expenses directly from the banking window without having to open any new window.


Create next rent invoice for tenant in banking window.


When allocating tenant payments, you can now easily apply the payment to future rent in case the tenant has fully paid the current balance.




Just click Create Next Rent Invoice then click the apply button again.

You will see the newly created rent invoice to which you can now apply the payment.



Create Batch payment in advance - before its in your bank account.


Another option added to the banking window is the New Batch Payment button.



This will allow you to cerate a council payment or any other batch payment before its been transferred to your bank so you don't have to wait to allocate the payment until the council send you the funds.
