This is how to create a supplier credit note:

  1. From the main ribbon go to the Maintenance tab.
  2. Find Supplier.
  3. Open the supplier page.
  4. In the window ribbon click New Credit Note.
  5. Select the property.
  6. Fill in a description, amount, date and account ledger.
  7. You can then apply the credit note to outstanding invoices the same way you apply a payment. (Click Apply All or apply individually by clicking the checkbox on each line).
  8. Save.
